Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the services given, we will return your money if the reasons are real and can be proven following an investigation. Please read the fine print of any deal before purchasing it; it contains all of the information you need about the services or products you're purchasing.

Clients have the option to cancel their projects and obtain a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services. Our cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:

Policy on Cancellation

Please contact us via the contact us page if you need to cancel your reservation. Requests received more than 07 business days after the current service period ends will be viewed as cancellations for the following service period.

Policy on Refunds

We will do everything we can to come up with appropriate design concepts for our clients.

We can issue a refund if a customer is not totally happy with our products. Refunds will be sent to the original credit card used at the time of purchase if paid by credit card, and refunds will be made to the same account if paid by payment gateway name.
